Trying to update your  Maya 2023 and getting this error?

"Required product not found"

The likely cause for this is that  Maya 2023 is not installed or the installation is corrupt.

Here's how you can solve this issue:

If Maya 2023 is not installed, do the following:

1. Sign in to Autodesk Account.
2. From “All Products and Services", select the product to install.
3. Select "Views downloads" and proceed with the download of the product.
4. Install the downloaded product. 

If Maya 2023 is installed but you're still getting this error, then try these steps.

1. Uninstall the software
2. Download the software using Browser Download method in Autodesk Account
3. Install the software
4. Install the update again.
