Redshift moving to subscription

Redshift is moving to Subscription Only

This is a friendly notice that  Redshift by Maxon is moving to subscription starting August 30, 2021. Current maintenance users will still be able to renew until August 31, 2023.

This is necessary to maintain compatibility with the latest hardware, drivers and host application updates, and to ensure stability.

MyMaxon Accounts: On August 30, 2021 all Redshift accounts will be transitioned to a MyMaxon account. This adds you to the Maxon ecosystem connecting you to licensing, resources and invoicing for all your products. Licenses purchased after August 30th will be entitled through MyMaxon. Existing perpetual licenses and maintenance will still be entitled through Redshift’s existing activation system.

Existing Agreements: With the introduction of subscription, the ability to purchase Annual Maintenance Agreements will be discontinued. Existing contracts will of course be serviced and are renewable up to August 31, 2023.

IMPORTANT - What You May Need To Do
The email you use to log into Redshift will be transferred to the MyMaxon system. Once the transfer is complete, you will receive information on how to log into your new MyMaxon account for the first time.

If you already have a MyMaxon and a Redshift login, please make sure you update your Redshift account so that it is using the same email as your MyMaxon account.
