The EIZO ColorEdge CG2400SV is a 24.1-inch color management monitor purpose-built for broadcast, video production, and on-set workflows, built on the same technical foundation as the ColorEdge CG2400S but tailored specifically for professionals who need direct video signal monitoring. It is only the second EIZO monitor, after the larger ColorEdge PROMINENCE CG1, to feature SDI input and output, supporting 3G-SDI Level A and HD-SDI signals for loss-free transmission of uncompressed video directly from camera systems and live feeds.
Color accuracy is where the CG2400SV earns its place in demanding production environments. Its wide color gamut covers 98% of the DCI-P3 space used in digital cinema and supports the BT.2020 standard used in broadcasting, along with 99% coverage of Adobe RGB. With 10-bit simultaneous display driven by a 16-bit look-up table, the monitor can reproduce more than one billion colors, 64 times more than standard 8-bit display, resulting in smoother gradations and reduced color banding. For HDR work, it supports both the hybrid log-gamma transfer function used in broadcasting and the perceptual quantization curve used in film and streaming production.
A built-in calibration sensor allows the CG2400SV to self-calibrate automatically on a set schedule, without requiring a separate third-party calibration device, and EIZO's patented digital uniformity equalizer technology corrects for brightness and chromaticity fluctuations across the panel to keep color accurate edge to edge. Where a typical monitor can take 30 minutes or more to stabilize after power-on, the CG2400SV reaches stable color output in about 3 minutes. Each unit also ships with an individual factory calibration report documenting uniformity, gamma, gamut coverage, and white point measurements.
Studio-focused tools round out the feature set, including a Pixel Inspection function that lets IT staff verify color information at any point in the signal chain, a marker function for defining broadcast-safe screen areas, and PQ Option and Luminance Warning tools for simulating and checking HDR clipping. For teams managing multiple monitors, ColorNavigator Network provides centralized, remote control over color modes, calibration schedules, and asset settings across an entire studio.
The CG2400SV runs silently with fanless, noiseless operation, and its stand offers height adjustment, tilt, swivel, and pivot for flexible positioning. It comes bundled with a magnetic, lightweight light-shielding hood to cut down on screen glare, and is backed by EIZO's standard 5-year warranty, making it a compact, dependable reference monitor for edit suites, control rooms, and mobile production setups.

At Motion Media, our goal is to ensure your complete satisfaction with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you may return it to Motion Media within 30 days. Claims for missing items or items damaged in transit must be received within three business days of receipt of merchandise.
Refunds on returned items will be issued in the same payment form as tendered at the time of purchase. If payment was made by credit card, once we receive the product we will credit your account. Please allow 7-10 days for a credit to appear on your credit card statement. If payment was made by check, please allow 10 business days for a refund check to be issued.
Please read all conditions below. If conditions are not met, Motion Media reserves the right to refuse the return or to charge a restocking fee of up to 25%.
How to return or exchange an item:
- In order to return an item you need to first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.
- To request an RMA number, please visit our contact page and send us an email with the request.
- To request an RMA number by phone, call Customer Service at 310-450-4000.
- Place the original package into a shipping carton.
- Include the invoice and the reason for the return. If defective, please specify the defect.
- Please do not place stickers or shipping labels on the original manufacturer's package.
- The RMA number must be clearly written on the outer box. If you received a label in the email, print the label and tape it to the carton.
- Ship via insured ground service with a tracking number. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for lost or damaged packages.

Rules:
- All returned or exchanged items must be in new condition,
unopened in the original box, and must include all packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals, and all accessories. 15% restocking fee on any opened items. If you are going to return, do not open the box. - 25% restocking fee on LitePanels, Anton Bauer and Sachtler returns.
- Motion Media is not responsible for personal data or items left in returned merchandise.
- Defective items may be repaired or exchanged at our discretion for the same model or manufacturer's equivalent model.
- RMA numbers are valid for 10 days.
- Motion Media is not responsible for any consequential or incidental damage resulting from the sale or use of any merchandise bought from us. We are responsible for the monetary value of the merchandise only.
