Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are based on the destination, size and weight of your
item(s) and include a small fee for insuring the full value of your item(s)
against possible theft or damage while in transit.

You can calculate your estimated standard shipping fee for any product
by clicking on the 'Calculate Shipping' link on our product list and product
detail pages. If you’re logged in and have previously placed an order
with us, your zip code will be saved. If you are not logged in, just enter
your zip code or country to get a shipping cost estimate. (You will have
the option to upgrade your shipping to a different service during the
checkout process.) The shipping calculator is available in the Shopping Cart
as well so that you can calculate the standard shipping costs for your
full order before you begin checking out. If you select a different shipping
method during checkout your actual shipping cost may be higher.
Shipping Options
We work with multiple carriers to offer you different shipping options.
UPS is our preferred carrier, but you may also choose FedEx or US Mail.
Expedited shipping options are also available for rush deliveries.
UPS
- Guaranteed delivery time.
- A signature is required upon delivery. Packages can not be rerouted or picked
up from UPS. Please make sure that someone will be at the shipping destination to receive the package and sign for it.
- If you have a UPS account you can enter your account number on our
Shipping Method page during Checkout and you will not be charged any shipping
fees by Motion Media. Account numbers will be verified with UPS. (Only available in the
U.S.)
FedEx
- A signature is required upon delivery. Packages can not be rerouted or picked up from FedEx. Please make sure that someone will be at the shipping destination to receive the package and sign for it.
- If you have a FedEx account you must call customer service at 310-450-4000 and you will not be charged any shipping
fees by Motion Media. (Only available in the U.S.)
US Postal Service
- Shipments sent via US Postal Service can take significantly longer than with
UPS or FedEx to reach their destination and cannot be tracked.

Shipping Destinations
US Customers
We ship to:
- Any residential address
- Your place of business
- APO addresses
- US territories and possessions
We do not ship to hotels, motels, resorts, PMB, FedEx or UPS locations unless special arrangements have been made with one of our sales reps.
International Customers
We ship to:
- Canada
- Any US address
- We generally do not ship out of the country, but will make exceptions on occastion. If you need something shipped outside the US, please contact us at 310-450-4000.
- We reserve the right to block certain products from being shipped outside of the US, based on manufacturer restrictions.
- P.O. Boxes can only be delivered to via the US Postal Service.

Delivery Times
- If your order is being shipped from Motion Media (not drop-shipped) to a
US shipping address, you may get an expected delivery date
for each shipping option (not currently on the website). These dates are based on carrier
shipping practices, destination and the items you order.
Items that are not regularly stocked can be delayed as well
- Orders may be delivered in separate shipments.
- Order cutoff times for 1-Day and 2-Day Shipping Options are:
Monday - Friday: 3:30pm PST (these can vary depending on shipping type and drop ship)
- Some items on our website are not regularly stocked at Motion Media.
- Drop Ship: These items will be shipped to you directly
from the manufacturer. These items generally take about 1-10 days to arrive to
U.S. destinations depending on shipping type.
- Business days are defined as Monday through Friday, except holidays.
- Please note: All orders are subject to approval by our verification
department. We will notify you by phone or email should your order be delayed.
