Support and Maintenance

All standard RealFlow licenses come with one year of free support. 365 days after your first purchase of a RealFlow standard license, you will be sent a reminder that your support and maintenance subscription is due for renewal.

What is included in our support and maintenance package?

• All upgrades to major and minor versions - so no more paid upgrades!
• Access to all the latest plug-ins, updates and patches via the customer download area
• Fast, helpful, personal technical support

What will happen if you choose not to pay RealFlow support and maintenance?

• If you decide that you would prefer not to pay RealFlow support and maintenance, you will not receive any free upgrades, and will miss out on all new and updated/improved features.
• We will no longer be able to offer you technical support or access to the RealFlow customer download area.

Windows XP, Vista, 7 or Windows Server 2008.

2 GHz Intel® Pentium® 4 processor, Athlon 64 AMD or better.

2GB RAM minimum. 4GB of RAM memory is recommended.

Hardware-accelerated OpenGL® graphics card.

400 MB available hard disk space for installation.
